Ecstatic Dance + Cacao Ceremony // DANCE CHURCH

Dance Church is back October 4th + November 1st at the Link Auditorium.
Join us for a ceremonial dance music experience designed to drop you into your body, open your heart, and invite you into conscious, embodied movement in a space curated for presence, expression, and aliveness.
Each Dance Church is a music and movement journey.
Moving across multiple genres, energy levels, textures, and sounds, these dance rituals invite you to explore your multidimensional nature, as wild, feral, soft, silly, sensual, and expansive. All expressions are welcome here.
There is no choreography and no dance experience required. This is an invitation to listen deeply to your body, follow what feels alive, explore your edges, and allow the music and the safety of the space to become medicine for your soul.
As you move, may you expand into more of who you truly are, with more ease, spaciousness, freedom, and aliveness.
We begin in ceremony with cacao, using this heart-opening medicine to help us soften inward, connect with intention, and expand into the journey ahead.
The musical experience is thoughtfully curated by Harmony Om, weaving together a wide spectrum of sounds and genres incorporating ambient, downtempo, world rhythms, house, and bass music, often incorporating live featured instrumentalists, vocalists, and even visual artists to create a truly immersive experience.
Dance floor agreements:
• No talking on the dance floor
• Barefoot friendly
• No phones or photos
• Substance-free
• Consent-centered
• All ages, bodies, and backgrounds welcome
