We’re wrapping up with one final Ecstatic Dance before a break - if you couldn’t attend the last two, now's your chance! Join us in a space where movement meets healing, where your body becomes a vessel for release, joy, and connection. Step into a circle of community, authenticity, and freedom.In the spirit of wholeness, we honor the parts of ourselves that need to be seen, felt, and expressed - without judgment, without fear. This night isn’t just about dancing; it’s about creating a space where we can gently embrace the parts of us that long to let go, while holding ourselves in compassion and presence. Whether you’ve been here before or this is your first time, know that you’re welcome exactly as you are.
Let’s move together one last time before we pause - an invitation to feel alive in the moment, to connect deeply with yourself and others, and to simply let your body lead the way.

Ecstatic Dance is a mindful journey through time and space, using the expansive tool of your own body, guided through the harmonies of music and sweet melodies of pure alignment. You are encouraged to release your inhibitions and discover new parts of yourself, which might take you to unknown and exciting places. Be with yourself or connect to others. Move or be still.
This is an invitation to come as you are and use the space for whatever purpose suits you in each moment. It is an alcohol and substance free environment, where the music itself gets a chance to be the very thing that moves you.
There is no choreography, simply an invitation to connect to your own inner guidance system and express that outwardly. We aim to create a safe space in which you can flow with ease while discovering your rhythm.
Although, this is an Ecstatic DANCE event, don't be fooled! You are welcome to find out what it means to you to be ecstatic. You are free to enjoy the music and the experience in any way that feels good to you in the moment. This might look like you are dancing like nobody's watching or exploring a meditative state. Perhaps you feel like doing contact improv with a stranger or a friend or maybe you want to do cartwheels and handstands in the middle of the dance floor.

Anelia is the force behind "Authentic Element" and "Ecstatic Dance Denmark". She is passionate about promoting holistic well-being and resilience. Her personal journey from disconnection and societal pressures to healing and thriving has fueled her commitment to guiding others to heal their trauma and discover their authenticity. She is drawing from a range of teachings, experiences and modalities including shadow work, internal family systems, breathwork, shamanism, tantra, dance and plant medicine journeys!

Cha'rain's music is like a sonic journey, taking you on a wild ride through the world of groovy downtempo and her tasty selection of organic and deep house tunes - sometimes with a pinch of melodic or tech, but always with a bounce. Through her immersive sets, she is establishing a deep and intimate connection with her audience - her music selection is carefully crafted to take the listener on an emotional journey. What drives her is to create a sense of connection through the music she shares. Cha’rain is an advocate for conscious partying and co-creative experiences.
