Step into the sacred space of a historic landmark church and immerse yourself in an evening of pure, unfiltered movement. Guided by the organic beats of DJ aGave, and facilitated by Dee Yergo, this transformative Ecstatic Dance invites you to move from your heart, express from your soul, and surrender to the rhythm that unites us all. The dance culminates in a deeply grounding didgeridoo soundscape by Metta Chase, inviting you into stillness, integration, and inner peace.

The evening begins with a 20 min guided exploration of movement and emotional release, designed to let go of the stress of the day and help you tune into the energy of the group. We’ll create agreements and learn a simple way to offer consent and set boundaries during the dance, so that we can maximize our freedom of expression. Through practices of energetic connection and non-verbal communication, we’ll co-create a shared field of presence and flow, deepening our experience beyond the physical into a truly collective and mutually supportive journey.

Following the guided portion, the invitation is to let go of the thinking mind and allow yourself to move however you want to express.

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement experience where you are encouraged to dance however you feel, free from social expectations or the need to "perform." It's a space to release tension, access deeper layers of self-expression, and connect with others through the universal language of movement.
