Experience the joy of movement and connection through ecstatic dance! This event is a unique opportunity to express yourself freely, release stress, and immerse yourself in a musical electronic mix within a welcoming and supportive space.

What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance is a freestyle dance practice where participants move however they feel, letting the music guide them. It’s a space to connect with your body, free your mind, and explore self-expression without judgment.

Guidelines include:

• Dance barefoot (or in socks if preferred).
• Move however you like—there’s no right or wrong way to dance!
• Respect the quiet vibe: no talking or phones on the dance floor.

Event Details

• Start Time: We begin promptly at 1:00 and end at 3:00. Please add this to your calendar and plan to arrive early to settle in.
• Parking: On the corner of H and 2nd St. is Oleander Studio suite, in a brown home style building, suite door is in the back where the parking lot is, easy to find, we will be easy to spot, if the parking happens to be full, there is plenty of street parking around
• Cost: Free! Tips are welcome but not necessary.
• Optional: Feel free to bring snacks to share, though it’s not required—just bring yourself and your willingness to dance!

This is your invitation to step out of the ordinary and into an evening of music, movement, and fun. Whether you’re new to ecstatic dance or a seasoned dancer, this event is for everyone. Come as you are and dance with us!
