This ecstatic dance flows from dreamy, ambient beginnings through funky grooves, playful quirkiness, and euphoric, cinematic peaks, guiding your body and imagination toward liberation and bliss.

Drawing on 25+ years in martial arts and ecstatic dance, Erika facilitates Energy Dance Ceremonies—immersive journeys that blend the wisdom of energy work, intention and visualization together with free-form movement. Participants often experience lasting transformation, reclaiming new wisdoms of how to use dance as a tool for transformation - deep healing, awakening spiritual gifts, and clarifying life purpose. Rooted in a vision of a liberatory world, Erika’s work helps us unlearn harmful societal conditioning and remember our true, radiant wholeness.
