Ecstatic Dance & Sound Bath - Pay What You Can

Ecstatic dance is a freestyle dance experience where you will be empowered to use your body in a creative & expressive way! You’ll be led through guided movement with Allison while HeySolo spins the hottest tracks and rips epic guitar solos! After the guided movement portion, we will move freely and flow into a sound bath! Together, we will create a supportive and inclusive space where everyone can freely express themselves!
