Heal Through Dance® Somatic Movement and Ecstatic Dance Facilitator Training

One Week In-Person Immersion Training June 1 -8, 2025. 

Join us in Lake Worth Beach, Florida, USA at JaiStar Studios a beautiful luxurious temple space that has been dedicated to hosting ecstatic dance and other powerful events including sisterhood circles, sound healing, kirtan mantra concerts and holistic events and healing sessions.

Stay in the cute downtown Lake Worth Beach at one of the lovely Airbnb and walk to shops and restaurants down town, visit the ocean and walk to the studio.

The Live Training is held at JaiStar Studios, Lake Worth Beach, Florida USA. 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

In the course, learn how to create amazing ecstatic dance experiences filled with wisdom, ritual and ceremony that create a sacred container for healing. You will learn how to facilitate fully guided and lightly guided somatic movement class that blends movement, breath, sound and meditation into one seamless flow. You will also receive everything you need to create ecstatic dance experiences filled with ceremony, ritual and wisdom. You will have an option to receive a certification.

In the course, learn somatic movement and embodiment practices from the Heal Through Dance® book, which is about creating your own somatic movement practices. Heal Through Dance distills the essence of Arielle Star Triana's teachings for a worldwide audience. Designed for instructors, dancers, and beginners interested in freeform movement. Heal Through Dance celebrates physical embodiment in the context of the sacred feminine.

EMBODY

The first part of your training is about Embodiment. Our dance includes six elements including: earth, water, fire, air, sound and light. Each elements correlates with a chakra. Prior to attending the in-person immersion, you will have prerequisites to complete online. We have a created a dynamic video syllabus which gives an overview of each element along with some online somatic movement and ecstatic dance classes so you can prepare for the training and be ready to dive in!

LEARN

At the One Week Immersion it takes place at our studio in tropical paradise of South Florida, USA. You will dance twice a day. Learn how to facilitate all of the elements (earth, water, fire, air, sound and light). Each part of the dance relates to a specific chakra, and you will learn how to guide the chakra activations. Create your own class with an introduction, class invitation, playlist and dance map or script for your first class during the one week immersion. 

TEACH

What is a Practicum? It is where you practice teaching! Right after the one week training, it is time to practice teaching. Spend one month at home doing your practice teaching sessions. These are informal dance classes. The class can be with one other person. It can be with one of your clients, friends or family members. You can do the class online or in person. We recommend that you do 3-4 practice teaching sessions during your one month practicum. 

MENTORSHIP

Start a new journal, take notes and write down your questions and insights during the training and make the most of your time. Through Q & A gain understanding of the training materials. Receive one-on-one support creating the name, tag line and invitation for your own unique class. We recommend completing all of the online training materials and online classes before attending the one week training immersion. You will continue to have access to the online materials and syllabus so you can return to any of the lessons at any time to refresh and get inspired.

You will have continued access to the online course materials so you can refresh at anytime. You can easily go back to any of the lessons from any section of the training. Facilitators find this helpful once they start teaching, or maybe they take time off and need to refresh, or they have been teaching and they need to re inspire!
