Come and join us for a magical evening of dance, communal singing and connection at Haus Lebenskunst!

The evening will consist of a multi-faceted journey through music, expression and movement, led by Elias Doré and Laura Sequoia.

What to expect

We will start by arriving together in the space and opening up our voices in a singing circle and concert with Laura Sequoia. She will play some of her own songs as well as traditional circle singing music, always inviting everyone to express themselves with their own voice as well.
From this we seamlessly flow into an ecstatic dance with Elias Doré, including a little warmup of connection, playfulness and relating through movement. Afterwards we dive into a multi-faceted sonical wave that leads everyone through a journey of joy, depth and ecstasy for a total of 2 hours. You are invited to move and flow, scream and dance out everything that wants to be released from your body. The space of Haus Lebenskunst has a large wooden dance floor with plenty of space to dance barefoot.

The evening will end with a sound healing and singing circle led by Laura, giving time for the energies to settle and creating space for integration of the experiences and sensations that were felt throughout the session.

This event is a journey for your mind, body and soul. Let go, express yourself and embrace the joy of dancing and singing sober and freely in a safe and welcoming space.

To be eligible for the Soli-Ticket, please bring a student ID or Bürgergeld-proof to the entrance.

✧ GUIDELINES

• No talking on the dance floor

• We respect each other's personal space

• Phones are turned off, so you have time for yourself

• We dance barefoot

• Smoke and drug-free

Please bring:

1) Comfortable clothes (stretchy dancing shirt, yoga or jogging pants). The wooden floor is amazing for being barefoot. You can change at Haus Lebenskunst in a wardrobe.

2) If possible your own cup for the Cacao, otherwise we will have some cups available.

3) A water bottle for staying hydrated.

Ecstatic Dance, Konzert & Singkreis mit Elias Doré & Laura Sequoia

Erlebe mit uns einen magischen Abend voller Tanz, gemeinsamem Singen und Verbundenheit im Haus Lebenskunst - gemeinsam tauchen wir in eine facettenreiche Reise durch Musik, Ausdruck und Bewegung.

Was Dich erwartet:
Wir beginnen mit einem gemeinsamen Ankommen im Raum und öffnen unsere Stimmen in einem Singkreis und Konzert mit Laura Sequoia. Sie spielt eigene Lieder sowie traditionelle Circle Singing Musik und lädt jede/n Einzelne/n ein, sich ebenfalls mit ihrer Stimme auszudrücken.
Anschließend fließen wir nahtlos in einen Ecstatic Dance mit Elias Doré. Vor dem Tanz leitet Elias ein kurzes Warm-up an, das Verbundenheit, Verspieltheit und Beziehung durch Bewegung fördert. Danach entfaltet sich eine facettenreiche Klangreise, die zu einer zweistündigen Reise in Freude, Tiefe und Ekstase einlädt. Der Raum des Haus Lebenskunst bietet dafür eine große Holztanzfläche mit viel Platz zum Barfußtanzen.

Der Abend klingt mit einem Soundhealing und Singkreis mit Laura Sequoia aus. Hier dürfen sich die Energien setzen und die Erfahrungen und Empfindungen des Abends integriert werden.

Dieser Abend ist eine Reise für Körper, Geist und Seele. Lass los, drücke dich aus und genieße die Freude am Tanzen und Singen – nüchtern und frei in einer sicheren und einladenden Atmosphäre.

Um ein Soli-Ticket zu erhalten, bring bitte deinen Studentenausweis oder Bürgergeldnachweis mit.

• Bitte nicht auf der Tanzfläche sprechen.

• Wir respektieren den persönlichen Freiraum der anderen.

• Handys sind ausgeschaltet, damit du Zeit für dich hast.

• Wir tanzen barfuß.

• Rauch- und drogenfrei.

Bitte mitbringen:

1) Bequeme Kleidung (z. B. ein dehnbares Tanzshirt, eine Yoga- oder Jogginghose). Der Holzboden ist wunderbar zum Barfußlaufen. Im Haus Lebenskunst können Sie sich in einem Kleiderschrank umziehen.

2) Wenn möglich, bringen Sie bitte Ihren eigenen Becher für den Kakao mit. Ansonsten stellen wir Ihnen gerne Becher zur Verfügung.

3) Bitte bringen Sie eine Wasserflasche mit, um ausreichend Flüssigkeit zu sich zu nehmen.
