Join us for this social gathering where we create a safe container to express your moves. Please bring food and non alcoholic drinks for the potluck every Saturday.

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey, held in a safe and sacred container. It’s a place where we can be our unique selves, and also connected to a common source. It's a beautiful space where you can freely create movement that is in alignment with you, with your own guidance, free to be yourself.

Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which you as a dancer, sometimes without the need to follow specific steps, allow yourselves to follow and dance with the rhythm and move freely as the music takes you in your creative nature and it can bring deep trance state to connect to the source or your spiritual self or to simply unique movement you create that uplift your spirit for better well-being.

Share with your fellow like minded the art of expressing your moves. Its an indoor space please no fire or smoking inside.
