3:00 - 3:15 ? **Welcoming Circle**: Come together in community and set our intentions for the dance journey ahead.
3:15 - 3:30 ? **Feather Blessing Ceremony & Spiral Dance**: Bless feathers with your intentions and join in a spiraling dance to infuse the space with positive energy.
3:30 - 4:45 ? **Ecstatic Dance**: Let the music guide you as you move, flow, and express yourself freely in a safe and supportive environment.
