ECSA invites our members to a study trip to Copenhagen free of charge (i.e., includes Friday catering, accommodation and transportation between Aarhus and Copenhagen)!? Basico Visit:
The trip begins with a visit to the renowned consulting firm, Basico. Here, they will provide insights into their internal work processes and engage participants in case-solving. Note: Ten students will be randomly selected for a later announced firm visit at a different location, which will take place simultaneously with Basico’s visit. This is due to capacity limitations at Basico’s offices on the given day.

? Bain Visit:
The day then proceeds at Bain & Company, where former IEC students working at Bain have tailored a highly relevant workshop. These consulting toolbox sessions are specifically designed to provide a foundation for the AEC course and are applicable "in the real world" of consulting.

? The entire study trip will be completely free of charge due to sponsorships from Djøf, Bain & Company, Basico, and Aarhus University.

Practical Information:
- The program does NOT require a computer, and you hereby do not need to bring it with you. Please pack lightly as we will bring our bags around throughout the day.

Friday, the 8th of March
- 5:45 Meetup at Musikhuset / Kombardoexpressen Pickup (Busholdepladsen, Valdemarsgade, 8000 Aarhus)
⁃ 6:00-9:30: Travel to Copenhagen.
⁃ 9:30-10:00: Transition to Basico + HBS
⁃ 10:00-13:00: Diving into case-solving with Basico (or an alternative place for some).
⁃ 13:00-13:30: Transition to Bain & Company.
⁃ 13:30-18:00: Workshop in case-solving and consulting with Bain.
⁃ 18:00: Dinner at Bain’s offices.
⁃ The day ends in Bain’s Friday bar with a music quiz
⁃ 21:00: Afterparty at The Zoo, Copenhagen??
Saturday, the 9th of March:
⁃ 11:00 Check-Out at Next House Copenhagen
- 12:25: Meetup at DGI Byen Copenhagen Ingerslevsgade, 1704 København
⁃ 12:40 Departure from DGI Byen Copenhagen (Arrive 15 minutes prior)
- 16:30 Arrival at Musikhuset Århus
