Eco Somatic Earth Day Potluck Picnic: Women Only

Join Ashleigh Westenhoff (Eco-Somatic Practitioner) at Hampton Park for a potluck style picnic on Earth Day. As an envrionmentalist and eco-somatic healer working with women with chronic stress, Earth Day is something I'm really passionate about and I would love to celebrate with some locals in Charleston who feel the same way! The plan is that we all bring a little something to eat and we lounge around and admire the beautiful trees, spanish moss, and flowers blooming at the park. I will be giving a short 20 minute talk on what eco-somatics is and how it can help you reduce your stress, and the rest will just be hanging out in community with other like minded women.
