Paddlers' Social event of the year - Boathouse BBQ!
On Saturday evening, we are hosting a dock & dine themed meal. Dave, owner of ECO and Hooked Halifax, will be serving up a seafood feast including a raw oyster bar and local seafood. We will also be grilling burgers and sausages on the BBQ. Everyone is welcome! Cost $55 plus HST per person.
Special treat:
We have teamed up with Nordic Sauna Rentals in Dartmouth to offer a portable wood-fired sauna onsite throughout the weekend! It will feel great to jump in the ocean or come back from a rescue clinic and hop in a hot sauna! Cost: $15 per use (up to 20 mins time frame)
You can participate in just a clinic or two, a guided tour or maybe just the Saturday Evening Social and, of course, the Level 1 Sea Kayak skills course, but if you wish to participate in the entire weekend including 4 clinics, the Saturday Social and 1 use per day of the sauna, total cost: $225 per per son plus HST
In Support of Canoe Kayak Nova Scotia, $5 from each clinic and guided tour will be donated to CKNS to help promote paddling in Nova Scotia. We are also happy to support Paddle Canada by registering our clinics as Paddle Canada clinics, and also offering a Level 1 Sea Kayak skill course throughout the weekend.
