Eclipse Season is intense. This one is happening within a Virgo season that has two Virgo New moons within the same solar season, both at anaretic degrees. Beginnings and endings speed up and we are often moved to jump timelines. In these workshops you will learn more about the specifics of these Eclipses, how they are likely to show up in your life and how best to work with them. You will also be guided through a Yoga practice designed to strengthen your nervous system, enabling it to better hold these shifts as well as detoxification so as to release all that we are being asked to let go of in order to move into the next cycle.
This is a 3-part workshop series. The dates for these sessions are August 24th (New Moon in Virgo Eclipse Season Kick-off event), September 7th (Lunar Eclipse in Pisces Event) and September 21 (Solar Eclipse in Virgo) at 10AM. They are in-person events held at DNA Awakening School, Books & Gifts at 1615 S Calhoun Street. Please bring a yoga mat, cushion and plenty of water. It is recommended to not eat for at least an hour prior to practice. There is free parking on the street and in the parking lot across the street. To get the most out of these sessions, it is recommended that you attend all three, though it is not necessary. Drop-ins are also welcome.
