Sowing the Seeds of Change is a Cacao Ritual Circle offered inside the healing benefits of the sauna on the 29th of March at 9:00 to 10:30 am.
A partial solar eclipse in Aries will take place on that day, visible from 10:00 am to 12 pm, UK time. This is a very powerful day. Aries is the constellation of beginnings, initiations, change, and motion, is the first sign of the Zodiac and its element is fire, this is the spark we need to create the movement towards our desired destination. Cosmic events are important to set intentions, especially eclipses as they change things permanently, this is the culmination of a long process we started in 2023, so this is a platform for the next evolutionary step in our lives. Literally!
On this Ritual Circle, I will offer fermented cacao seeds, these will be the seeds we will sow in the fertile nature of our bodies as we set our intentions. The fire of the sauna will kindle the fire of our heart desires as we enter into meditation with the medicine of the sacred cacao, as the journey continues we will align with the cosmic event asking the power of the sun and moon to help us grow our seeds into a healthy tree, and thus give our fruits to our community.
