This is a great group for anyone interested in looking at life from a new perspective. Eckhart has spent large portions of his life battling with anxiety and depression, only to emerge victorious and strong in his sense of self. His teachings are relevant for everyone who's walking a spiritual path, as he gains his inspiration from many of the world's philosophical traditions and presents them in an way that's easy to understand.

The group usually begins by watching a clip from one of his many videos, or reading an excerpt from one of his books, followed by a discussion of the various points and the practicalities of applying them in our lives.
