Learn how Eck and other potters create magic in clay!
Agate ware is one of the most beautiful techniques in pottery. If you have always wondered how they get such beautiful designs, here is your chance to learn.
Join us at Pottery Alley for an Eck McCanless weekend workshop September 6-8. Hailing from North Carolina, he is coming to our next of the woods for fun, learning, clay fellowship and a once in a lifetime experience. Be prepared to walk away with tons of ideas and lots of inspiration. (and maybe even some of Eck's pots!)
You will learn how to throw unique forms, combine pieces and create beautiful agate ware. This workshop is best suited for those with intermediate to advanced throwing skills. The cost of the workshop is $325 and includes clay and firing.
