Introducing the Echos & Embers Music Festival - two nights, eight bands, fireworks, food trucks, vendors, camping, VIP seating, VIP parking, rain or shine!

The Echos & Embers Music Festival is the rebirth and next stage of the Fireside Chat Reunion hosted by us last summer. This year we will have two nights of music, camping, food & drink, vendors, fireworks, and a general celebration of summer with friends old and new. This festival is open to the public, so come for an evening, or pack up the camper and stay the weekend.

• Friday 7/25 @ 2PM Parking lots & tent camping area open.
• Friday 7/25 @ 4PM Gates open to the Music Festival Show Grounds
• Friday 7/25 @ 6PM Bigfoot kicks off the weekend's music
• Saturday 7/26 @ 2PM Parking lots open for new arrivals
• Saturday 7/26 @ 4PM Gates open to the Music Festival Show Grounds
• Saturday 7/26 @ 6PM Payton Clark starts the evening's show
• Saturday 7/26 @ 11PM Fireworks bring the show to a close
• Sunday 7/27 @ 1PM All campers need to be packed up and out

Who can't resist a chance to get together with friends and share exaggerated memories while making new ones? And chances are pretty high that no one will get upset with you yelling "Freebird" during the closing band's show.

• Free General Parking, Designated ADA & Motorcycle parking
• VIP Parking passes available for purchase online ahead of the event

Food & beverages will be available for purchase onsite. Check our website closer to the event for a listing of who will be there.

This is a rain or shine event so come prepared to have a great time either way!

• No glass containers
• Bad attitudes
• No pets

Camping passes are available for purchase ahead of the event and good for the entire weekend.

TENT CAMPERS: We're going to use a per-person pass and a festival camping set-up for tents. You will park in the general (free) parking lot and walk your gear the short distance to where you pitch your tent.

• No motorized vehicles within the tent camping area
• No campfires
• No glass containers
• No cutting or altering of any vegetation, trees, etc.
• You must be 18+ or accompanied by an adult
• No generators between 11PM-7AM
• Please be considerate of your neighbors

RV CAMPERS: To prevent possible long lines (hey we can dream can't we) please consider setting up Thursday evening or early in the day on Friday. The RV camping area is a level, easily accessible area for all forms of RVs and travel trailers. This area is separate from the tent camping area. We do NOT have electric, water, waste hook-ups. Please plan accordingly.

• An RV pass is for the camping vehicle. Each member of your group does NOT have to purchase a pass - but each RV (camping vehicle) must have a pass. Group size per RV is determined by your comfort level.
• If camping with a travel trailer, only the tow vehicle should be in the RV area. Please park any other vehicles in the General (free) Parking lot.
• No campfires
• No glass containers
• No cutting or altering of any vegetation, trees, etc.
• You must be 18+ or accompanied by an adult
• No generators between 11PM-7AM
• No dumping of ANY waste anywhere on the property
• Please be considerate of your neighbors
