Getting There

Location: Asita East, New Delhi

Nearest Metro Station: The nearest convenient metro station is Indraprastha Metro Station. From the metro, you can take an auto or cab to Asita East.

Driving Directions:

If driving, head towards the Yamuna riverfront/ITO area and follow the route towards Asita East. Please refer to the event registration details or the walk leader's instructions for the exact meeting point and parking information.

Weather Conditions

In mid-August, Delhi experiences warm and humid monsoon weather, with morning temperatures generally around 25°C–30°C. Expect cloudy skies and a possibility of light rain. The monsoon season brings lush vegetation and active bird and insect life, making it an excellent time to explore the Yamuna floodplain.

We recommend wearing light, breathable clothing, comfortable waterproof footwear, and carrying rain protection, insect repellent, a hat, and drinking water.

• Explore butterflies, dragonflies, insects, and local flora.
