Guided by Anuja
Anuja, originally from Sri Lanka, grew up immersed in Hindu philosophy and traditional teachings that continue to guide her path today. With nearly 20 years of personal yoga practice and over 5 years of teaching experience, she brings together somatics, hatha, vinyasa, and yin in a way that supports slowing down, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting with presence.
Her teachings are grounded in deep study, long periods of self-practice, and the philosophical roots of her upbringing. Today, she bridges timeless yogic wisdom with modern life, emphasizing observation, reflection, and the art of being a lifelong student. In her classes, Anuja invites you to embody yoga both on and off the mat — as a way to rest, reflect, and live with greater awareness.
