Echoes of Serenity

Come embark on a deeply restorative soul healing session where you will start with a mini yoga session guided by special guest Brown Yogi Cha, then you will be taken on a journey inward through a guided meditation, complimented by the ethereal tones of sound bowl therapy blended with a purifying smoke cleanse.

Directions- Coming from I20 continue on Boulevard SE till you come to the red light where the Grant Park Gateway Parking deck is located. Park in the parking deck and when you exit the parking deck we will be set up across from it.
