We're honoured to welcome internationally acclaimed Polish pianist Lucas Krupiński for his Canberra debut with the National Capital Orchestra, performing one of the world's most beloved concertos—Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto No. 2.
Following the interval, Artistic Director Louis Sharpe leads the orchestra in Mahler's magnificent Symphony No. 1 ("Titan"), a work that journeys from hope and wonder to exhilaration and triumph.
Presented in partnership with the St Vincent de Paul Society Canberra/Goulburn, this special concert supports the Society's vital work assisting individuals and families experiencing hardship throughout our region.
