About this Event
Join us to visit the aviary at National Trust destination Tyntesfield House, where young people from Hartcliffe and Withywood have been creating an art installation over the last few months! Working in collaboration with Bristol artist Oshii, they have been exploring themes of birdlife and migration, and considering how we can care for birdlife and nature, and are now ready to reveal the final artwork.
The trip includes return coach travel from The Gatehouse Centre in Hartcliffe, entry to Tyntesfield house and gardens, and a £10 lunch voucher per person to spend in the cafe. There will be no tour, you are welcome to enjoy the site at your leisure.
When: 10am- 3pm Wednesday 29 May (half term).
Cost: £1 per person (please book a space for everyone in your party including young children – everyone will require a space on the coach).
Who is this trip for: This trip is for BS13 residents only.
Travel information: The coach will leave the Gatehouse Centre car park at 10am and return at 3pm – don’t be late!
Questions? Contact Kirsty at [email protected].
Can’t make it? The art installation will be available to visit until the end of July, so you are welcome to travel to Tyntesfield independently (admission fees apply).
