For 5 years running, the Fallout Shelter has brought some of the best DJs in the midwest and beyond to Ypsilanti and supported local talent from beginners to seasoned pros.
Resident DJ, the Silent Ech0, has grown the event from humble beginnings to a community staple with the help of the Wax Kings collective.

A portion of the proceeds from door fees will go to support the Sickle Cell Anemia Association, Detroit Chapter. Sickle Cell Anemia is a blood disorder that predominately affects individuals of African descent. It causes bouts of extreme pain and other health complications which increase susceptibility to pneumonia, acute chest syndrome, bone weakness, tooth loss, and iron buildup in the organs.
