Arrive, sign in, and enjoy a continental breakfast as we prepare the soil for a day of learning and connection.

9:10 – 9:45 | Morning Sunlight: Keynote Speaker
Be inspired by our keynote speaker as they shine light on growth, possibility, and the power of coaching conversations.

9:45 – 10:00 | Garden Stroll
Take a short break and transition to your workshops—stretch your legs and let ideas begin to sprout.

10:00 – 12:00 | Breakout Sessions: Tending the Garden
Dig into interactive breakout sessions designed to nurture skills, spark insight, and encourage meaningful growth.

12:00 – 1:00 | Lunch in the Garden
Refuel, connect, and enjoy time to cross-pollinate ideas with fellow participants.

1:00 – 2:15 | Breakout Session: Deeper Roots
Return to focused learning as we strengthen roots and deepen our coaching practice.

2:15 – 2:30 | Transition: Gathering the Harvest
Pause, reflect, and return to the main room for our final gathering.
