Pre-Requisite: Intro EC Swing or equivalent
East Coast Swing ("the Jitterbug") is a lively up-beat dance originating out of the Lindy Hop born in Harlem, in the 1920's. Level I expands upon the foundation built in the Intro classes and deepens the fundamentals of Lead & Follow along with a fun variety of new steps. Pattern building begins at this level by teaching students how to combine steps in order to make your dancing more enjoyable.
There are approximately 16 weeks of instruction in the Level I series before advancing to Level II. These classes are designed to take individually or as a series.
Pre-Registration & Class purchases are required for all classes. No on-site registration or class purchases will be accepted. To register please follow the registration link below. Please DO NOT arrive to the studio more than 15 minutes prior to your class start time. CLASSES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE IF MISSED. Masks are optional at the studio.
