The winter months are cold and dark, but this experience, bathed in candlelight, offers you a cozy nervous system reset that appeals to all of your senses.Participants will enjoy a delicious blend of gentle slow flow movements, supportive and nourishing restorative poses, and a deeply relaxing dip into nidra using a variety of props.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, though extras and all other props are provided. Absolutely no experience needed – just your desire to feel warm, to breathe deeply, and to recharge and reconnect with yourself.
