Ebus for Open House 2025: Roundtrip Calgary-Edmonton

Focus on the fun, not on the drive! Enjoy a stress-free same-day round-trip Ebus from Calgary to Edmonton and back to attend Open House on Saturday, October 18. Advanced registration and deposit are required, and spaces are limited.

Each student under the age of 18 will require an adult chaperone. Each adult may chaperone a maximum of two students (both of whom must be their own students).

• 6 a.m Check-in opens
• 6:30 a.m. Bus boards at Hotel Blackfoot - NE Parking Lot (5940 Blackfoot Trl SE, Calgary)

• 6:45 a.m. Bus departs to Edmonton

• 10 a.m. Bus arrives at University of Alberta North Campus, Edmonton

• 2:40 p.m. Bus boards at University of Alberta North Campus for return trip to Calgary

• 3 p.m. Bus departs to Calgary

• 6 p.m. Bus returns to Calgary

A $25 deposit (+ non-refundable $3.07 Eventbrite fee) will be required at the time of registration.

$25 will be refunded to you 7-10 after the event if you attend Open House. If you do not show on the morning of October 18, your ticket deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
