Thirty teams will compete across three divisions: Men's Open Doubles, Women's Open Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. The event follows a HYROX-style format, featuring 6x 1K outdoor runs paired with 6 full workout stations (everything except sled push and sled pull).

Start times will be assigned in advance, falling between 1:00 and 2:30 PM, with waves of six teams launching every 10 minutes.

Stick around after your heat — we'll be cheering on athletes all afternoon, with an awards ceremony to close things out around 3:30 PM.
