We’re celebrating the first day of summer with a relaxing and empowering experience at the beach, filled with mindfulness, movement, and meaningful connections.

This event is all about embracing yourself, making new friends, and enjoying the beauty of the ocean with a supportive community. Whether you’re looking to relax, recharge, or just have fun in the sun, this is your chance to celebrate yourself and your journey.
