As summer fades, it’s time to call your energy back home. Join us for a 4-month journey designed to help you slow down, lay down the mental load, and align with the rhythms of each season.
What to Expect Each Month:
Meditation & Individual Reiki: Deepen your inner wisdom and receive individual energy healing.
Guided Journaling & Take-Home Crystals: Honest self-reflection paired with themed crystals to keep.
Community & Connection: A confidential, safe space to be seen, heard, and supported.
Amplified Healing in the EESystem: Hosted inside Luminescence’s EESystem chamber, where bio-active scalar waves and bio-photonic light accelerate cellular regeneration and drop your nervous system into restorative rest.
Month 1: Grounded Clarity & Finding Your Center
Unburden your mind and transition out of the summer scatter. We will begin with a grounding guided meditation and build a personal mini-crystal grid to bring home—designed to filter mental clutter, calm the mind, and establish supportive boundaries for the season ahead.
