Step into a movement experience that honors both stillness and motion. Ebb and Flow is a guided somatic dance workshop exploring the natural rhythms of the body—softening, expanding, waving, rising...

Tap into your own unique physicality and mind body connection through ethereal music, breathing, and the freedom to take up space in any way you desire. This is not a rave--this is a safe space to feel, connect, and be with yourself in a low stakes and intimate environment. There's no pressure to show off or interact with anyone. Just come and dance.

FLOW ARTISTS WELCOME: Bring your poi, light whips, and hoops. This venue has lots of space to move freely and meet other flowies!

DJ's WANTED for future events: If you are interested in DJ'ing a future session, please send a sample of your set to [email protected]!

Attendees are asked to arrive quietly, leave shoes and phones at the door, and move alone, with the option for shared contact improvisation.*

*CONSENT is mandatory for all contact improv. If another dancer makes you uncomfortable or invades your space, please notify the facilitator immediately.

Expect:

• (Optional) Grounding breathwork to tap into presence
• Guided warm-up explorations of weight, momentum, and shape in your body.
• A high vibe, mind-expanding playlist that will allow you to move organically
• A supportive, nonjudgmental environment facilitated by yoga instructor and organizer Lindsey Gill

This class is open to all bodies and experience levels. You’re invited to move at your own pace, listen deeply, and let yourself surrender to shapes as they unfold.
