Eating Healthy on a Budget

One of the most popular past times of mankind has been eating out. With the myriad of food options and places to get your favorites, it can be pretty easy to lose your way when trying to eat healthy. Join us May 20 at 1PM at the Woodbridge Main Library for a presentation on how, with a little preparation, you can still have fun with your loved ones or eat out without being worried for your diet. This presentation discusses real life dining scenarios and easy methods to stay on track to getting and staying healthy.
