Eat the Frog - Do Something Hard to Kick Off the Week

Mark Twain wrote, "If it's your job to eat a frog, it's best to do it first thing in the morning."

Start your day (and week) with 90 minutes of focused work on the task(s) you've been dreading. We'll serve you a smoothie at the end. (No frogs in the smoothie.)

When you arrive, we'll have you lay out a plan for your 90 minutes. Then you'll get coffee, tea, and/or water, and you'll settle in to work on whatever project has been vexing you. When you're finished, we'll break the big group into small groups and you'll chat about how you did: what went well, what didn't go so well, and how procrastination haunts you, generally. Plus: a handmade smoothie.

Whatever you're working on, it'll be a whole lot easier with the positive peer pressure that comes from working around other people in our quiet, meditative space.
