• VEGETARIAN MEATLOAF - Maple-glazed vegetarian meatloaf served with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli.
• STUFFED CHICKEN - Grilled stuffed chicken breast seasoned with African spices, marinated overnight, served with fried plantain and jollof rice.
