Eat in Tune with Nature and Learn to Live Mindfully

What does it mean to eat in relation to your local ecosystem? This workshop explores how we can source our meals through the lens of slow and mindful living. How can we balance convenience with eating locally grown produce and products? What local foods are available? How do our food choices affect the environment? Come and find out! There will be resources to take home.
