In celebration of their new book, author Pat LaMarche and illustrator Jeremy Ruby will be on hand to sign your copies at the most unique book event Carlisle has ever seen.
In time for Thanksgiving Pat - and Chef Archie the Pie Guy (zoomed in from the UK) will teach you how they make fabulous crusts and unique savory as well as sweet fillings.
Chef Archie has created a recipe (it will be in the book too) just for his American friends who struggle with culinary ideas for leftover turkey. Via Zoom, Chef Archie will share his Turkey, Sweet Corn and Bacon Pie - with a Parmesan Crust!
Pat will demonstrate her favorite dessert pies.
After the presentation and during the Q & A, everyone who attends will get a free taste of one of the pies of their choosing!
