Easy Coastal Cycle & Sauna Experience for Bike Week 2026

Celebrate Bike Week with a relaxed evening cycle along the stunning Dunmoran Strand.

This is a social, easy-paced ride lasting approximately 1 hour, taking in the coastal scenery before finishing at a beachside sauna experience with Sauna Sasta.

After the cycle, we’ll finish with a sauna session at Sauna Sasta – the perfect way to relax and recover.

Date: 10th May - Sunday
Time:

7:00pm – 8:00pm: Cycle

8:00pm - 9:00pm: Sauna

Starting Point: Carpark at Dunmoran Strand Beach, Co. Sligo.

Important Information:

• For adults 16 years + only
• Limited availablility - booking is essential
• Bikes and helmets can be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own where possible (limited supply available)
• Participants must be comfortable cycling on the road as the route includes public roads
• All instructors and providers are fully qualified and insured

Cost: Free of charge

What to bring:

• Layers of comfortable sports clothes that allows free movement for cycling.
• Sauna gear (swimsuit/sports shorts + towel)
• Water and snacks.
• Warm clothes for post cycle and sauna.
