Please join AAMCI – Development, LLC for the Eastwood Manor Ribbon Cutting and Renovation Celebration on Thursday, November 12 at 2:00 p.m.
This special event will mark the completion of an $8.4 million rehabilitation at Eastwood Manor, a 98-home Chattanooga community for older adults that has been part of the neighborhood since 1977.
Guests will enjoy remarks, a formal ribbon cutting, refreshments, and tours of the completed property. The rehabilitation included updates throughout the homes, shared spaces, building exteriors, and grounds, including renovated kitchens and bathrooms, refreshed community and laundry spaces, exterior improvements, landscaping, outdoor gathering areas, and more.
The rehabilitation was made possible by bonds issued by The Health, Education and Housing Facility Board of the City of Chattanooga as well as a 2025 4% LIHTC allocation by Tennessee Housing Development Agency.
We look forward to recognizing this meaningful milestone alongside residents, partners, community members, and friends of Eastwood Manor.
