UTC-08:00Location
Crossroads Community Center | Bellevue, WA
Teaching: Knotty By Nature
This workshop will focus on false knot/open knot rope dart flow. Learn how to perform wraps around your knees, arms, or shoulders to create the visual illusion of being tied or tangled without actually locking the rope! This workshop is appropriate for all skill levels. Extra rope darts will be available to try!
About Pumba:
Having debuted at Burning Man in summer 2017, Pumba is a fire and flow artist, based in Seattle, WA who breathes and eats fire. He uses a variety of props featuring rope art, meteor dart, double staff and juggling clubs. He started spinning to stay grounded and now it’s an art that he enjoys creating and sharing with others.
Join us every SUNDAY for Eastside Spin Jam!
Eastside Spin Jam is open to flow artists, jugglers, and any other person who wants to move and flow.
