Whether you walk, jog, run, push a stroller, walk your dog, or volunteer, everyone is welcome at parkrun. Our free 5k event has been taking place every Saturday for the past year (minus a couple of cancellations) on the Eastern Tail behind the SMHC Hospital in Biddeford. We are proud of what we have accomplished over the past year and look forward to celebrating with both returning and new participants.
First timer welcome will take place at 8:55am. 5k event starts at 9am.
If you'll be joining us for the first time please register with parkrun here: https://www.parkrun.us/register/?section=form and make sure you have a copy of your barcode with you at the event.
Following the event we will be meeting for coffee at Maine Coast Roast. Those looking to continue the celebration can reconvene at Banded Brewing at 12pm for a beverage and a bite to eat.
