Celebrate this year's Easter Weekend at Castellana with specially curated menus by Executive Chef Romeo Morelli. Indulge in a 5-course Easter dinner menu or enjoy an afternoon full of Piedmontese delights with our 3 or 4-course Easter Lunch Break Menu. Indulge in newly introduced 'Agnello e Nocciola', pan-fried lamb ribs and hazelnut crumb; 'Fusilli' pasta, paired with homemade pesto Piemontese and caviar; and 'Colomba', a traditional Italian Easter cake served alongside light and tangy zabaione!
