Easter tango in Oslo was organized for the first time in 2003 and have offered many warm and including dance evenings ever since.
These are two open dance events where international and local dancers are most welcome to join. No need to sign up.
Milonga Social at Arkitektenes Hus, is Oslo's biggest and oldest weekly milonga. During autumn, winter and spring we usually host milongas on Fridays.
Classes:Individual Technique Course / All levels combined / Parity of roles not required / intended for both roles and double roles.
Class Info: 1/ Momentum, a golden element for a golden partner!
In this class, we will explore in depth the notion of momentum, to facilitate connexion in the couple/duo, release the energy of dance, and solve many technical problems !!
Class info:2/ The sensoriality and functional relationship between feet and hands in tango.
We all know Tango is a deeply organic dance that engages the entire body and mind. We will learn the fundamental notions of « condensation » and « expansion » of the abrazo. Always in connection with the quality of support and walking, we will highlight the essential roles of the hands and the contact points of the upper body. In this class, we will explore in depth the notion of momentum, to facilitate connexion in the couple/duo, release the energy of dance, and solve many technical problems !!
All levels combined / Intended for both roles and double roles.
Entry fee for each milonga is cash/Vipps 200.- in Nok or € 20.- per evening for everyone.

All singel events or singel classes are on drop in basis and must be paid upon arrival.
Feel free to bring your preferred drinks.
We offer tea/coffey, snacks cakes and a beautiful decorated venue.
Milonga Social er Oslo's største (og eldste) ukentlige milonga. Høst, vinter og vår inviterer vi vanligvis til Milonga Social på fredager.
Milonga Social har en vennlig og inkluderende stemning, vi har et flott lydanlegg, dedikerte dj's og sannsynligvis byens beste dansegulv. Det er høyt under taket og salen er godt ventilert.
Ta gjerne med egen drikke. Vi serverer kaffe/te, frukt, snacks og et vakkert pyntet lokale.
Husk å ta hensyn til deres med dansere ang etterbarberingsvann og parfyme. Vennligst begrens bruk, da noen er allergiske.
