Easter is almost here, and with it, some of the most beautiful expressions of Italian cooking ~ artichokes, asparagus, spring peas, and morel mushrooms ~ along with a favorite season, when bright flavors and fresh vegetables shine, longer days return and meals effortlessly stretch from afternoon into evening.In Italy Easter Sunday is about gathering, sharing, celebrating the season - with dishes meant to be enjoyed together.
We’re celebrating with an all-day menu starting at noon, designed for however you want to experience it, whether it’s a relaxed lunch, an afternoon spritz in the sun or a spontaneous dinner ending with another glass of wine.
Our kitchen will offer our regular menu, alongside a selection of seasonal Easter specials, highlighting seasonal produce and classic Italian inspirations - think strapazzata pizza,uova in purgatorio, ricotta gnocchi, braised lamb and pastiera napoletana.
