Celebrate connection, creativity, and a little clay-covered fun at Liberation Art Gallery’s Pottery for Two, an Easter workshop
About this Event

🐣 Pottery for Two: An Easter Workshop

Create Your Partner in Clay
Hosted by Liberation Art Gallery

Celebrate connection, creativity, and a little clay-covered laughter this Easter at Liberation Art Gallery’s Pottery for Two, a playful, hands-on workshop where couples sculpt a ceramic face inspired by each other.

In this light-hearted guided session, you and your partner will each create a sculpted ceramic face of one another using hand-building techniques. From capturing their smile or signature expression to exaggerating their quirks for comic effect, this workshop is all about observation, creativity, and enjoying the process together.

Expect texture, character, and plenty of laughter along the way.

No previous pottery experience is needed. This workshop is beginner-friendly, relaxed, and focused on shared experience rather than perfection.

✨ What You’ll Create:
  • One sculpted ceramic face of your partner (per person)
  • A unique decorative wall piece or sculptural keepsake
  • Personalised features and expressive details

✨ What’s Included:
  • Step-by-step guidance from our in-house ceramics artist
  • All clay, tools, and materials
  • A supportive and playful small-group setting

Please note: This workshop focuses on the making experience. Firing and glazing are not included.

💛 Perfect For:
  • Easter date night with a creative twist
  • Couples looking for a memorable shared activity
  • Partners who don’t mind getting a little messy
  • Anyone who prefers hands-on experiences over traditional Easter gifts

The ticket price is per person for a 1.5-hour workshop.

Come celebrate Easter in a way that’s creative, connected, and completely one of a kind.

Spaces are limited; early booking recommended.

Guided by our in-house ceramics artist, the class encourages personal expression, experimentation, and the development of individual style. Whether you are completely new to ceramics or looking to expand your practice, this course provides the time, space, and instruction needed to grow your skills.
