The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota’s Easter Grand Ballroom Brunch offers guests an abundance of spring favorites including prime rib, lamb chops, a raw bar, artisanal cheese and charcuterie, lobster risotto, a made-to-order waffle station, a variety of salads, a stunning dessert selection and more. Mimosas and Peach Bellinis are available for purchase. A buffet will be available for the little bunnies that will feature only the finest children's selections. We understand plans change and should you need to cancel or change your reservation, please be aware of our cancellation policy.
48 hours before the event (2 days) - A $50 processing fee for full cancellations or decreases to your reservation guest count (flat fee). Fee will be processed on the day of the event to the credit card on file.
24 hours before the event (1 day) - Half charge (50%) of the buffet brunch for all guests will be assessed to the credit card on file.
Day of Event - Full charge (100%) of the buffet brunch for all guests will be assessed to the credit card on file.
All cancellations or changes can ONLY be processed utilizing the following methods:
1) Email to Reservations Coordinator listed on the Credit Card Authorization
2) Telephone call/voice mail to Reservations Coordinator direct extension (941) 309-2401
