Welcome to the Windy City Vintage Fest vendor sign up page. 100+ vendors of vintage apparel, home goods, art, handmade, food, drinks, and more at the historic Patio Theater!

Logistics:
- Event runs from 11am-5pm. Admission is Free
- Chairs complimentary and tables available for rent at the venue ($20)
- No food or beverage sales allowed except for food and beverage vendors (Only venue is allowed to sell beverages)
- We are not liable for damages or stolen goods. Please be responsible for your belongings. However, there will be security on premise
- There are no refunds for vendor spaces. Spaces are limited.
- All vendors are expected to promote the event to maximize attendance
- We will be investing a large amount into paid advertising, flyers in the neighborhood and local businesses, prior event attendees, and influencer marketing to ensure a succesful event for all participants
- All vendor spaces will be indoors
- The fee is per day (must purchase 2 tickets for 2 day)
- Load in will be 7:30-10:30am day of the event
- Floor plan will be sent via email by Thursday of the week of the event
