Tasty Bites is all about giving children and their families the chance to explore food in a fun, relaxed way. This session is hands-on and informal, with time spent chatting about ingredients, smells, textures, and tastes. Children are encouraged to explore food at their own pace, there is no pressure to try anything.
The focus is on preparing food together rather than cooking on site. Families take home what they make to cook and enjoy together later. It’s not about being a perfect chef, it’s about having fun, learning together, and making memories.
The workshop has an Easter theme!!!
All aprons, utensils, ingredients, and materials are provided. We just ask that families bring along a small tub or container to take their food home in.
Sessions are relaxed and flexible, children are welcome to move around, take breaks, or step out if needed. We aim to create a calm, stress-free environment where everyone feels comfortable.

If a child has any allergies or specific dietary or support needs, we ask that families let us know in advance of the session.
