Celebrate Easter at Hotel Maya with a festive waterfront brunch, featuring a vibrant spread of Chef-driven dishes, fresh seafood, and seasonal specialties inspired by coastal and Latin flavors. This year, our Easter brunch will take place on our waterfront Vista del Mar space; with an unobstructed view of the water and city skyline.
Guests will enjoy a variety of brunch stations including a Charcuterie & Cheese display, and a Chilled Seafood Bar featuring Jumbo Shrimp, Ahi Poke, and Smoked Salmon.
Our Omelet & Eggs Station will prepare made-to-order omelets and Eggs Benedict, while the Griddle Station serves Cinnamon Citrus French Toast and Buttermilk Pancakes with seasonal toppings.
The brunch buffet also features chef-prepared entrées such as Al Pastor Chicken, Garlic & Thyme Lamb Chops, Roasted Cauliflower, and Lemon Herb Seared Barramundi, along with seasonal vegetables and house made pasta.
At the Carving Station, enjoy Guajillo Honey Glazed Ham and Herb Crusted Prime Rib served with traditional accompaniments.
End your meal with an assortment of seasonal desserts and pastries, including cupcakes, strawberry cream puffs, guava cake, mango mousse, and chocolate-dipped coconut macaroons.
