Eastbourne Kirtan at Yoga Life Studio

Please join Claire and Allan for an evening of Kirtan at The Yoga Life Studios, Eastbourne, on Saturday 2nd November at 7.30pm.

Together we will be chanting a number of Sanskrit mantras, mainly from the Hindu tradition, accompanied by Harmonium, drums and guitar.

This is a beautiful practice for connecting with yourself and dropping out of the busy mind and into the heart.

No experience of singing is needed, just an open mind. It is a non-judgmental space to come and sit, sing if you want to, dance if you want to, or simply be still and listen and feel the sounds and vibrations created.

Doors open at 7.20pm and will close at 7.30pm. Please be aware that once the doors are closed and our sacred space is opened we will not be unable to admit latecomers.

Tickets are offered on a donation amount based on your financial situation. Suggested donation to cover this exchange is £10-£15.

We also offer a concession rate for those on a low income of £8. If you feel you cannot pay the minimum suggested donation please contact us to agree an exchange. We don't want to exclude anyone from this practice due to finances.
